WHAT DOES CHICKEN TIKKA MEAN?

I wasn’t positive and didn’t want to waste the marinade so I just dumped many of the chicken and marinade mix inside the pan. The chicken didn’t brown, but essentially simmered during the sauce. Was however yummy, but I really feel like I did something Incorrect.This was fantastic. I also made the naan from This page to go with it. We didn’
